Really enjoyed how the good sized and nice styled double room with 140 cm bed was arranged when we arrived. The staff were very friendly during our whole stay.

The breakfast includes outstanding food, such as coffee and bread. The location good and magnificent for Saint Jean district, it is not far from railway station and light rail terminal, tourist sites, and the main tram stop;)))

Everything was good, excellent location near to a quiet area and the train station and tramway, polite staff. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with a good view and beds close together and interesting design as expected. Having a roll in shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The double room overlooked city. A roll in shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets were very handy. Its location right next to Vieux Bordeaux was marvellous and incredible❤

Comfortable room, not noisy despite being close to the station. Great for an early train journey.

The hotel is just in front of the Gare St.Jean, which is an enormous convenience if you are into travelling from Bordeaux to other places. The tram connecting with bthe city centre also stops right there. The room itself was neat, not too small, the bathroom clean. Wi-Fi was in and out on the first day, but after that it worked perfectly and connection was very good.

Breakfast for first two days was included in my bill, although I didn't order it and didn't take any. Also, the room had no ac or a fridge to store cold drinks, which might be a problem during a hot period. And if your windows open to the side of the station, you're guaranteed very noisy nights.

This hotel is brilliantly convenient, located right across the train station. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to surrounding cafes and bars. The staff at the reception are charming and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms offer a comfortable bed, and some even have a view over the station. Plus, the breakfast included is a great bonus.

All was okay, no significant issues to mention.
